The charger is incorrectly connected to the appliance or is faulty. Check that the charger is properly connected to the battery or contact an Authorized Service Centre to have the charger changed.
The charger is not the correct model or it is faulty. Check that the charger used is compatible with the appliance or contact an Authorized Service Centre to have the charger changed.
The battery temperature is too high or too low, or it is faulty. The battery must be in an environment between 0°C and 40°C or contact an Authorized Service Centre to have the battery changed.
The vacuum cleaner filters, the tube or brush are clogged. Clean your appliance: empty the dust bin and clean the filters. Also check that nothing is blocking the tube or brush.
The floor protection function has been activated, reduce the power of the vacuum cleaner.
The brush may also be blocked: • Stop the vacuum cleaner. • Disconnect the brush from the vacuum cleaner. • Check that nothing is obstructing the rotation of the brush. If this is the case, remove the blocking element and clean the brush. • Reconnect the brush then turn the vacuum cleaner back on.
The brush is not properly connected to the electrical connectors: • Disconnect the tube and brush from the vacuum cleaner. • Clean the connectors with a dry cloth.
The brush is blocked: • Stop the vacuum cleaner and disconnect the brush from the appliance. • Check that nothing is obstructing the rotation of the brush and clean the brush.
The brush is faulty: contact an Authorized Service Centre.
